Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened items, except in cases where the product has been damaged during transport.
If your order arrives with visible damage or is compromised in any way, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. To process a claim for a damaged item, we require the following:

A photo of the original packaging (including shipping box)

Quality Concerns & Dissatisfaction
We are proud of the quality and consistency of our products, but if you feel that the product you received does not meet your expectations in terms of taste, freshness, or overall quality, we want to hear from you.
In such cases, you may be eligible for either:

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
